Available Positions

  • Coordinate bookings, rooming lists, meals, events and other details with the head office
  • Handle guest registration and room assignments, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Handle guest check-ins/check-outs in accordance with Management policies in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Resolve guest complaints; assist in all inquiries in connection with resort services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, safety boxes, etc.
  • Entertain phone inquiries and walk-in customers and conduct ocular visits in a professional and courteous manner according to procedures
  • Communicate all pertinent information regarding bookings, special requests, functions and other concerns to the Head Office and other departments as needed
  • Maintain an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events
  • Must be willing to work in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas
  • Attend to incoming calls and inquiries in a clear, friendly and professional manner
  • Knowledge and understanding in interpreting package tariff
  • Coordinate bookings and account requirements with resort personnel
  • Ensure up to date guest profile files and folders
  • Prepare necessary quotations and service agreements to guests
  • Prepare necessary reports required by Management
  • Prepare accurate reports as required by Management
  • Utilize management strategies to ensure a full house whenever possible
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City
  • Supervise and organise the work and direction of the personnel in the daily operations of the F & B Department
  • Responsible for the effective and efficient management and delivery of all Food and Beverage operations including banquets & events
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency in the operations and ensure that the requirements of guests and the VBR Standards are met
  • Train and lead F & B Personnel to provide high quality of service


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Must be professional with strong customer service, telephone and computer skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Required language: English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position is preferred
