By proceeding with the reservation, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Virgin Beach Resort set forth below:

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation capacity shall be strictly observed. Should the number of guest/s exceed the actual number of guests as indicated in the quotation, the Resort shall not in any way be liable or responsible for the non-accommodation of the undeclared guest/s.

Children
A maximum of two (2) children, 4 to 9 years old, not requiring extra beddings are exempt from extra person charge but still count for the room capacity.

Nannies
If guests have reached the maximum capacity of accommodation, they are required to avail of a Bed Parasol at a full rate.

Drivers & Bodyguards
Quarters are available for P1,275.00 per person per night inclusive of mattress and beddings with plated breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drivers & Bodyguards may not loiter in the overnight accommodations area unless the matter has been cleared with the Front Office and Resort Security.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY

Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

SENIOR CITIZEN OR PWD DISCOUNTS

Senior Citizens and PWDs are entitled to a 20% discount on their accommodation and meals provided they present their OSCA Identification Card. Discounts for accommodations and meals apply only to the individual with a valid OSCA ID.

This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions and is not available on our booking engine. Please secure your reservation through our reservations office if you wish to avail of this discount. We also honor this discount for walk-in guests who pay upon check-in.

In the event of any changes in a guest’s occupancy, for example should any Non-Senior or Non-PWD occupy the discounted accommodation, the quoted rates shall be adjusted in accordance with the government’s prescribed manner of computation and shall be settled prior to or upon checkout.

VAT EXEMPTION

VAT exemption is granted to non-residents who are affiliated with foreign embassies in the Philippines and their dependents provided they present the ff. documents upon reservation:

– photocopy of BIR-issued VAT Exemption Certificate (VC)

– Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) issued Identification Card

The exemption has certain conditions and limitations (e.g. goods or services not covered or a minimum amount of purchase per invoice) on the grant of VAT exemption based on the provisions of Revenue Memorandum Order No.10-2019 dated January 28, 2019.

VAT Exemption is not available on our booking engine. Please secure your reservation through our reservations office if you wish to avail of the exemption.

MEAL PACKAGE

Food and beverages are not included in the accommodation rates. Overnight guests are required to avail of the daily meal package for the duration of their stay at a cost of P1,950 for adults and P975 for children ages 4 to 9, inclusive of lunch, dinner, and breakfast. By default, the resort serves the meals in that order. Should the guest prefer otherwise, they may indicate their preferred meals sequence in the NOTE BOX (e.g. Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch) when booking online.

Meal packages for guests’ staff are also available at P290 per person per meal.

Our menu is made up of international and local cuisine served managed buffet style. However, when the number of guests are below 30 persons, plated full course meals are served.

All meals shall be served at the Dining Pavilion.

Late Arrivals

Meals will be served plated or family style for late arrivals. In case of late arrivals, guests must notify the Front Office at +63 917 813 1301 or +63 998 546 3139 at least 3 hours prior to their first meal. Should the guest arrive at the resort past the meal hour without notice, the meal is considered availed of.

Modification of Overnight Meal Package

When there is a decrease in the number of confirmed guests in a group, payments made towards the overnight meal package are non-refundable. However, they may be converted to a consumable amount for food and drinks at the dining pavilion provided that our Front Office or Reservations personnel receives written advice at least 1 day prior to the arrival date.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES

No prepared food and beverages from sources other than the Resort’s dining services are permitted in the resort premises. Wines and spirits are allowed but subject to corkage fees.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

All incidental charges for food, beverages, activities, and services incurred at the resort shall be payable through cash or credit card upon check-out.

No check payments are accepted at the resort.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

15 days or more prior to arrival date 50% of booking value shall be forfeited
14 days or less prior to arrival date 100% of booking value shall be forfeited
No Show 100% of booking value shall be forfeited

POSTPONEMENT POLICY

A one-time rescheduling can be arranged and set date should occur within three (3) months of the original date after which, any and all deposits made will be forfeited. Rebooking is subject to availability, seasonal rate difference, and increase in published rates when applicable.

FORCE MAJEURE

By proceeding with the reservation, you agree that the Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to provide accommodation or deliver services, nor obligated to provide additional services beyond what is indicated in the reservation agreement, in case of fortuitous events or any conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, nature, fire, government orders, insurgencies, delays of third parties or any other force majeure event. The unused portions of the reservation agreement will not be refunded and you agree to work with the Resort to reschedule this event, due to the Resort’s non-performance of this agreement as a result of events such as a force majeure, which are beyond the reasonable control of the resort.

REFUND POLICY

For cash payments, a refund check will be issued in 7 working days. For credit card payments, provided the credit card company has not yet issued a refund, a refund check net of credit card charges and fees will be issued in 14 working days.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The Resort may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Resort is of the opinion that the information provided during the reservation process is falsified or incomplete.

The resort reserves the right to implement additional rules and regulations for the safety of our guests and employees.

You shall reimburse the Resort the cost of any loss or damage to any property or equipment used by your party during your stay.

You will hold the Resort and its personnel free of any responsibilities for any losses and damage to personal property and/or bodily injuries whether slightly serious or fatal suffered by any guest arising from the use of any facilities or equipment within the resort, including but not limited to all watercrafts and vehicles.

You agree to render the Resort, its owners, officers, and staff, free and harmless from any claims arising from the use of any of the equipment or facilities in the resort, including but not limited to all watercrafts and vehicles.

By proceeding with the reservation, you and your party hereby agree and adhere to Virgin Beach Resort’s house rules and the terms and conditions imposed herein.

We want to provide our guests with a clean, green, safe and wholesome venue for outings and picnics for many years to come. For the enjoyment of the majority of guests, we have come up with rules that are stated hereunder:

  1. Picnickers’ area operating hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. Should you decide to stay beyond 5 PM, an extension charge of P315/hour/table or P55/hour/person, whichever is higher, shall be imposed. Guests may not stay beyond 7:00 PM.
  2. Please help conserve water at all times, as it has become a limited resource. Picnickers are advised to use only disposable items, as washing of tableware and other items are not permitted. A surcharge of P525/dining parasol shall be imposed to anyone found to be washing dishes despite verbal warnings.
  3. Bring only disposable glasses, plates, and utensils to avoid the need for washing. For your own convenience, bring trash bags for packing your soiled, non-disposable cookware and dinnerware such as casseroles, serving plates, utensils. Only canned beers are permitted within the resort. Bottled beer and soda in glass bottles will be stored by VBR staff for the duration of the stay and returned to the guest upon checkout.
  4. Bring only meat and seafood that are ready to cook or grill. Grillers are provided in the Picnic Section free of charge (charcoal is excluded). Butchering fresh meat or livestock, and cleaning of seafood are not allowed. Certain food items such as Roasted Calf and Roasted Pig are subject to additional corkage fees.
  5. Caterers may only use grills and gas stoves for cooking. To prevent oil and other drippings in the designated cooking area, caterer must also provide their own plastic sheets as ground covering.
  6. Avoid littering. Please do your part by properly disposing trash in the trash receptacles and cigarette butts in ashtrays provided all around the resort. Observe waste segregation by using the green bag provided at your parasol for food waste, and the yellow bag for non-biodegradable items. Please wrap all food particles in bags before disposal to avoid bugs.
  7. Be mindful not to be intrusive upon other guests. Avoid unruly or rowdy behavior that may result in injuries. Play ballgames and Frisbees in designated areas. Mind your conduct so as not to be a nuisance to other guests.
  8. Keep sound volume and bass of audio equipment within tolerable levels. Karaoke and large audio equipment are not allowed.
  9. It is unsafe for swimmers to be under the influence of alcohol. Regulate your alcohol consumption and avoid swimming if you’ve had plenty. Watch over your companion/s if they
    have drank a lot.
  10. Do not leave your children and valuables unattended. Virgin Beach Resort shall not be held responsible for any losses to property, injuries to person (slightly serious, serious, or fatal), which may occur inside the premises of the resort. Patrons are enjoined to exercise extreme care and diligence to avoid losses, damages and injuries.
  11. Proper swimming attire must be worn. Swimming in street clothes such as basketball shorts, denims, etc. is highly discouraged.
  12. Available recreational equipment or rides (boat ride, banana boat, flying fish, jet ski, parasailing, etc.) are owned and operated by third parties. We are not responsible should any untoward incident occur.
  13. If you are bringing watercrafts such as Jet Skis and speedboats, please coordinate with our Reception or Security. They will direct you to a designated beachside entry/exit area. From there, enter the water and ride straight out (perpendicularly) until you are approximately 300m away from shore. Please enjoy using your craft from this prescribed distance. It is unsafe to do your maneuvers any closer than 300m to shore. Return in the same prescribed route and manner. Enter and exit at a safe speed of 20-30kph or less. The 300m distance is prescribed by the Municipality’s rules on water zonation.
  14. Pets are not allowed at the resort.
  15. The overnight section is exclusively for VBR’s Day Tour and Overnight guests. Outing Guests and Picnickers are welcome to request the Front Office for a guided tour of the Overnight Section or dine at the Pavilion. Should you wish to stay in the overnight section, our Day Tour rates will apply.
  16. Our Outing Area is utilized for corporate outings that may have programs and team building activities that may inconvenience you. Please contact our reservations office before you proceed to find out if your scheduled picnic date might coincide with a company outing and if you can be accommodated.
  17. Those who will not care to respect other guests, as well as our rules, will be required to leave the resort, without benefit of any refund.
